This is ORiginal old steampunk before steampunk came into this century. Industria Argentina (“Made in Argentina”) is written on the cartouche of this and it is quite an unusual moveable brooch. I believe this is from the 20-30's or earlier and it is completely hand wrought from what looks like machinery parts. the arts and crafts period used lots of pieces like this to create a sculpture or piece of art. This one has jointed arms and bucket and brooch. At the top is a bezel set rhinestone. See it HERE
